I always get blamed for everything. Everything that's other people's fault is blamed on me. It's his own fault and I don't own him anything. And also don't confuse this with scamming. Damn people are so dumb on here

It's been a total of 24 hours since the last post. If no further progress has been made in 12 hours I will be locking this complaint.

 

There is no progress made what so ever. It's not my fault and it stays like that. There is nothing agreed about not paying in time or anything that happened. Means I own him nothing.

 

I know this is not my complaint and if you feel this is irrelevant feel free to warn me but take into mind this @Adware .
You sell someone your melon sword on a payment plan for 300k upfront and that person makes money with your melon sword for a month that you could've had it. The person decides not to continue a payment plan after their payment is due. They ask for their money back but tell me, is that fair? You could've made 300k in a month with that msword but the other user had been using it and you don't refund them due to the time lost where you didn't make money and instead kept it as rental fees.. The person burns your most valued possession in lava.
In my opinion, him not refunding you was charging you as the rental fee or else he makes legit nothing and has wasted a month he could've been grinding money out of his sword but instead trusted someone else and gave them the opportunity to buy a msword on a payment plan which is nearly impossible to get now.

No, you still do owe @MinecraftParkerH money. Don't think you're so "smart" by saying "There is nothing agreed about what would happen if I miss payments." - That's bending the rules, something that's not allowed.

Now, here's what the scamming rules say:
Clause 2 - Scamming

• A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
• Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

You're in direct violation of these rules in two ways. Firstly, you're not providing him the "goods/services" in the agreed time frame, as you have failed to pay @MinecraftParkerH 1.35 million ECD in 4 weeks.

Secondly, you've failed to "uphold your end of the deal" by, again, not paying @MinecraftParkerH 1.35 million ECD in 4 weeks.

You're in direct violation of the rules by disregarding the agreed upon payments. Don't think you're "smart" by bending the rules - You're still legally obliged to make payments to @MinecraftParkerH as per the rules.
