The user @accusolHD took a loan of 200,000 ecodollars, in exchange for 240k back on the return date listed in the pictures. After "falling deep in debt" the user asked for an extension which I did not have to give. I extended the contract out two weeks in exchange for 60k more Ecodollars to be paid on June the 4th. I left early June 4th for a summer camp I was apart of and I have just come back today to see the results of the loan.Evidence:

I want the money, I don't want the user banned, I want the money. I will also be imposing the 5k per day late fee (Extra 20k on top of the 300k payback)

Hello thanks @OpTic_Patt for filing this complaint on me while I was at work! I have been trying to pay this user back but he has been inactive ingame for 10+ days. I've been waiting for him to get online to pay him but I guess IRL stuff came up and he couldn't be on. Also with the late fees, i don't think any should be added on because i've had your money since the 4th but you just failed to log in.. We didn't set up a sign so what was I supposed to do. I don't have forum premium.
But anyway I am online now with your 300k. Why were you inactive for so long? Was it so i would have to pay the late fees? -
@OpTic_Patt Hello so after further conclusion to seeing your pictures. I totally forgot that you set up a sign at that /warp. I only wrote down 300k loan due to optic_patt june 4th in my notepad. I am very sorry and honestly would have paid you the money on time if I remembered. I've been telling people I owed you money so I wasn't trying to scam you :(

As the extension agreement doesn't clarify on any late fee's carrying over or any new late fee's, or previous late fees from the original loan, the current amount due to @OpTic_Patt is 300k as stated in the loan extension.
As @OpTic_Patt has stated he wants the money and not for the user to be banned, as well as @accusolHD has stated he has the money. I will be giving @accusolHD 24 hours to pay the the 300,000 ecd to the sign in the original agreement, near /warp naperville at X:11229 Y: 64 Z:13337
Left Open for 24 hours for payment. -

Everything is all good! Me and the user worked it all out! I forgot to tell him I was going out of town, and he forgot about the sign. Don't think negatively of him because of this. Just a big misunderstanding.

Thanks @OpTic_Patt and @accusolHD for working together and patiently. I'm glad we were able to solve this issue. Seeing as the loan has been paid off I am going to be locking this complaint.
