-sigh- Loan scam and breach of contract.
He is late - again - for his third installment.
He seems to be making fun of this, adducing idiotic excuses, pretending he doesn't know how to get to the payment sign: http://i.imgur.com/QPEEFjy.png which is total nonsense, as @techy88 had him save the location (or could have tp'ed him there).
@____________Turt let me explain you the meaning of words: when a payment is "due XX", it means you have until XX to pay - it means you have to pay *before*, not after XX. And if it is so difficult for you to find a payment sign (lol), then you should prepare yourself and look for the payment sign a couple days *before* the due date. Your third installment was due 6 dec and your fourth installment will be due 13 dec. Five days from now.​
