Reason of Ban: Admitting to X-ray? Spamming and Vulgar Language

Rule violated: Rule Violated is the server rule(s) that were allegedly broken with the given ban reason.
Clause 1.1 - CAPS and Spam

• Bypassing our CAPS filter and/or typing in all caps is not allowed.
• Spam is not allowed. Repetitive words, letters, symbols that aren’t used in their correct context, or many messages sent quickly are considered spam.

Clause 2 - Vulgarity

• Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating.
  • Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (ie. WTF?) are allowed unless it is directed at another user.
• Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.
• Racist language or prejudicial language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given.

Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

• Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
• Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
• Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
• Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: The spamming rule means that you should not spam because it just annoys everyone else and there is no point in it, im also very sorry for my actions. The Vulgarity rule is very smart to have because there are little kids in this game and you dont want them catching bad words at that age because peoples innapropriate actions, im also very sorry for these actions as i should of acted more mature. As for the X-ray, i'm not quite sure who went on my account and admitted that becuse i have never used x-ray, but nevermind that, we have the hacked clients rule because its to make everyone have a fair game and no person is allowed to have advantages.


Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I think i should be unbanned because this was over a year ago, and I swear I didnt have x-ray, i dont know how that happened but im not going to blame it on other people because that just makes it worse. I'm very sorry for what I have done/said and I think i should be unbanned because I am now 1 year older than what I was last year and I now know what I done wrong and I willmake sure it wont happen again. I'm very sorry for any incovenience i have caused to other players/mods, I just wanna play ECC again :(.
