I have tried a few times, logged out and back in, and waited a while before trying again to make a purchase. I am trying to purchase extcommands and extcommands+ but every time I try I either get redirected back to the shopping cart with no message or, occasionally, I get redirected back with a message at the top that says unable to use that payment method at this time, this is normally caused by an incorrect package configuration.

I am trying to check out using my debit card. I have used this debit card on the ecc shop before.

 

I am able to add them to the cart. I'ts the payment processing that is not working. With the debit card it says unable to use that payment gateway and something about probably incorrect packets and when I try paypal it says paypal refused. Give me a moment and I'll get the screenshots.

I may have found the issue. In the shopping cart, when I click on the information icon for each item it says "You are not allowed to purchase this item"

From what I was just told on the phone the shop.ecocitycraft.com does not accept gift cards and my debit card, which I have used before, is being declined because it's showing up as that for some reason (possibly because it is a walmart pay card). I also had tried a vanilla visa card but that, now obviously, won't work either.

 

The very first thing I did was register it and add my zip code to it. The gift card company told me that the reason they received back for the denial was that gift cards are not accepted.

 

Maybe it's the brand of gift card I have. It's a Vanilla Visa. Pretty much the only kind that is available in my area.

 

I was honestly quite surprised when they told me that.

 

I just got off the phone with vanilla gift card customer service again and now they are telling me that I can't use the vanilla gift card for purchases on ecc because paypal ecc is outside of the United States.
