• Why are you attempting to claim this town: I have already built certain buildings in the town in order for it to be turned into a plot town. I wish to claim this town in order to advance my plans, as not being the original owner and the orginal owner being inactive for so long limits me from proceeding, as I will have to purchase certain town features, such as portals etc.
