My bet would still be on graphics driver being bad/outdated. Try following the instructions here http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support/unmodified-minecraft-client/2791190-opengl-error to see dxdiag info on your graphics driver (the system info you screenshotted does not include graphics card info). Compare the driver version you see from dxdiag to latest versions from the graphics card manufacturer itself and see if an update is available. I don't think Windows' automatic driver search/install/update is reliable enough, it often doesn't find the best drivers.
