What does it say? What does the sign look like after you make it? Any other info to help us recreate it or see what might be triggering it would be helpful.

 

Heres the breakdown. Lately almost all users have been able to place trade signs. For some odd reason, I was not able to place them, thus I informed staff, and they contacted Andrew about this issue. The response I then got from staff was that there was an error with the rank.

I'm not sure in your case, why you are not able to place them either.

I will be tagging clou44 and Gogoplatau as they were the users involved in the communication.

 

Put the video in 720p to see things better.

 

I've had multiple reports of this problem, all different people of different ranks.

 

Are they all using osx? theres a bug in osx and signs.

 

Yes. I am currently on OS X 10.9

 

For now, use the enter key instead of the down arrow and tradesigns should work fine.

 

i have been having the same issue but with my ext creations!

 

I have had this bug before, I had it about 3 days ago. I made a correct trade sign and it didnt do anything and I am on a Windows computer without OSX...
