I haven't been able to get him over there. The mail shows that after I paid him for the work he did on my town, he would have done it, however I removed him. Then, some time later, I want him to remove it, and he said that he would have done it if I had not have removed him. He says he'll need a tp because he can't get there, but I haven't been able to catch him.
