Yes. Further, these signs are in the Lancaster Mall. Player has been inactive more than seven days, which is against the mall inactivity policy, to which the player agreed upon renting the shop. Shops are further based on rent paid on the first of each month. The player did not pay rent for March.

Allowing inactive stores to remain in place has a significant negative effect on the mall. Further, the slot could be rented to an active player.
