It is in the way of renovations. The loan signs relate to this (http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/loan.102676/) contract but seeing as he was online the day it was due, and since then was offline, and the other party in the contract has received a month long ban, I am sure they can figure something out if Keeper_X ever decides to return.
