Brief Description: Not able to refill my trade signs by right clicking with item in hand.

Instructions: Have a trade sign and attempt to refill it with item.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 5-8

Result: Items will not go into trade sign and stay in inventory.

Expected Result: Items to be removed from inventory and go into trade sign.

Evidence: Doesn't always happen, was able to refill signs earlier.
