General Purpose of Contract:
Trade Rank for Town

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to pay 120k and lend 50k to @Slayer_boy_2000 for him, to take President rank, and sell me his town for which I gave him specified coords, after that he will make me owner, after what I will remove him as an owner.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Slayer_boy_2000 agrees to give me ownership to his new town, which he will take with President rank - funded by me in amount 120k payment and 50k lending from me.
