Brief Description: Even though I have tp+ there is a teleport cooldown in the nether but everything other world is fine.

Instructions:
1: Go to nether after warping or going to a home.
2: Try to teleport again.
3: You get a teleport cooldown message.


How many times did you recreate this bug?: About 20 times today.




Result: You get a teleport cooldown.


Expected Result: That you dont get a teleport cooldown because I have tp+
