Hi Guys,

I would like to make you all aware that I am now back playing ECC!
Anyways, the main point of this thread is my town. I am unable to get members due to myself being inactive a lot of the time and just not being able to keep members! I am thinking along the lines of selling it. This is where the problem lies, I have no idea about a guide price and the dealings involved with it. I will explain below:

• The town is a 200x200 FLAT town, which I flattened myself
• It is mainly grassy with some sand
• It has a 50x50x4 pumpkin farm
• It has a few prebuilts with one or two locks in (my brothers which I can have him remove)
• There are no current members (except me)
• My only thing would be I would like to remain in the town as a member

I also have questions about the ownership:

1. How do I transfer ownership to another player?
2. Should I make a contract?
