    Unfortunately I'll have to deny this town warp application. If you wish to apply for additional town features, you must either have the original owner @xWhizzFhizz21x apply for the features himself, or you must file a town transfer or town claim application to give yourself official ownership. If you gain official ownership, then you may apply for town features.

    Feel free to reapply when you've transferred or claimed the town yourself.

    Locked-Denied.
