General Purpose of Contract:

Paying for @rumball123's mayor rank, and transfer of mayor town
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Upon approval, @Solstice18 will pay @rumball123 85k, and remove @rumball123 from the ownership perms once town is received.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

Upon approval, @rumball123 will use the attached town application to apply for mayor. @rumball123 must use the exact town contract (copy and paste) provided. Upon receipt of the Mayor rank, @rumball123 will put @Solstice18 on the ownership perms, and wait to be removed from the ownership perms. @rumball123 agrees to not troll lock any lockable items within the town, and if having done so, will help to remove said locks within a reasonable amount of time. @rumball123 also gives consent for @Solstice18 or a third party hired by @Solstice18 to claim the town permanently in the future.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

• Certain Staff handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
