• @GungnirIncarnate will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @neecoalage will become the new owner.

• @neecoalage has already transferred $75,000 ECD to @GungnirIncarnate prior to this contract being posted. It was discussed between @GungnirIncarnate and @neecoalage via voice chat.
• @neecoalage is able to use this contract for a town transfer in the near future.
