General Purpose of Contract:
Formal acknowledgement of sale of town, option to transfer and buy features

I @ToasterMan_ agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Ausalu, agrees to pay @ToasterMan_ $60,000 ecd within 3 days (72 hours) of this contracts approval, for acknowledgement of prior sale of "thedocks", acknowledgement of release of any and all claims to "thedocks", agreement to purchase a town warp, agreement to purchase addtional town features at @Ausalu additional expense, and allow option of @Ausalu to transfer the town of "thedocks" to himself at any time in the future.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Once @ToasterMan_ receives the $60,000 ecd from @Ausalu, @ToasterMan_ has 1 day (24 hours) to apply for a town warp in "thedocks" at the location of @Ausalu's choosing, using $50,000 of the $60,000 ecd paid to him in this contract.
@ToasterMan_ agrees to request any other town feature for the town of "thedocks" as long as @Ausalu covers the additional cost (note the fees for town warp are already paid in this contract).
@ToasterMan_ agrees to go through with a town transfer if @Ausalu requests one.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
