Good morning, I have been unable to find any of my town regions, and am wondering if there was some wipe that occurred in 2022. I will link the relevant applications for the regions of aqua, walmart, geo, academy, academy1, academy2, academy 3 below. Aqua and walmart seem to be bounded town names under a different area now over the original applications for these areas and regions and have been unable to find any town claims to justify. If there was a reset or wipe of regions, please point me to the right documentation of this information. If not, please reinstate these regions with the original town names as they precede all other claims in date of creation, any assistance on my end to work towards this result will gladly be provided. Additionally, requesting verification of player data and/or ranks remain intact such as Ecolegend and Prestige 2. We migrated maps back when 1.18 was released all active players at the time were offered free migrations, you can still recover your regions here for a small fee https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ecc-2-0-town-re-claim-requests.218189/ You can find all previous towns and regions on /archive /help travel Please be aware some of your towns might have been claimed due to the 6month inactivity + if anyone applied for a town claim Your inventory and balance wipe is due to the clean up policy which can be found in the privacy policy again 6 months is usually the point this resets Edit : it's likley that the regions with the same names as ur previous ones have been created
I dont believe this is the case. Me and taddortot were unable to find any evidence of my regions on the archive server. Additionally, the town applications use the naming schema for the current world server names. I think my towns are supposed to have been made on the current iteration. Additionally, I could not find any evidence or notification of a town claim on the forums. I created the towns Late January of 2022 so it seems likely or feasible that I made them on the newer post migration map. EDIT: Towns located on archive. Requires migration. I elaborated more via Discord to @Gowther32, but the gist is that we were able to locate the old towns on Archive and they are eligible for migration via this thread. We don't lock Help/Support threads incase there are issues in the future, but I'm glad we were able to help.
I have a similar problem. And I missed the migration process. I'm now wondering if it would be easier for me to create new towns than to recover the old ones. I haven't been in the game for a while. And there seems to be a lot of new things here.
I'm not seeing your account online recently via /seen. Did you perhaps play ECC under a different username in the past? Town being eligible for migrations depends on what time period the town was created in. If you played on a different account before I can better track down the records.
