Additional information about your town: There's three layers of my town, Underground City(Deep down in the bedrock), Atlantis Kind of City(In the Ocean layer) and Over sea towns with high rises...They'll be a hotel that would take you down to those layers.
The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process.
