Have you checked our Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring mayor response?: Yes I have checked the laws and I am close to another town, but it is exactly 15 blocks away so it's not too close. (The town is deserted, anyway).
Additional information about your town: I'm going to work on a portal room made with diamonds and a hotel made with diamonds and a road made with diamonds, that is why it's called DiamondView. It's also based on a town I used to live in on another server (IronView).
The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process.
