Contract Purpose - This contract serves to initiate the legal transfer of the town Fish from @nejcgg to @coow_coow. Within 24 hours of this contract's approval @nejcgg will relinquish all ownership and claim of Fish to @coow_coow

@coow_coow will make a payment of $600,000 to @nejcgg in 24hours of contract approval, for the town of fish and this contract will be used for a town transfer application
