    General Purpose of Contract:
    I am giving my town of Westford to the user @Monkeyz505 (legacy) for the sum of $15,ooo ECD. The time limit on this contract will be 24 hours.

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
    Give full ownership to the user @Monkeyz505 and remove myself as an owner. Within 24 hrs

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
    @Monkeyz505 promises to pay the $15,000 within 24 hrs and also keep me, @tomicalover, as a resident of the town, not to be removed. (In 24 hours)

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    Hello @tomicalover

    Please could you add a time scale on this, so for example you will give @Monkeyz505 full ownership of the town within X amount of hours of the contract being approved.

    As for this part, you have said that @Monkeyz505 is required to pay you $15,000 and must keep you as a resident of the town. Could you make this part a little more clear and state something along the lines of, @Monkeyz505 must agree to pay you $15,000 within X amount of time of the contract being approved and must keep you as a resident of the town <Town Name>. Although you have said "(In 24 hours)" it is a little confusing of what you meant by this.

    @Monkeyz505 once these changes have been made please can you re-agree, as well as making sure that you tag yourself under the IGN section.
