    I have the applicable cost in my balance.
    I got it mostly from farming pumpkins and buying/selling nstars
    My new towns name will be Humbleville
    It is a 200x200 town with the cords:
    Post A: X: -127 Y: 72 Z: -10737
    Post B: X: -127 Y: 69 Z: -10973
    Post C: X: 73 Y: 65 Z: -10937
    Post D: x: 73 Y: 70 Z: -10737

    I have checked the zoning laws and I do not believe there is any towns with in 15 blocks of the town ( I checked but there could be).
