Have you checked our Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring mayor response?: Redrock complies with the Zoning Laws, there is a 15 space wide buffer zone between it and the neighboring towns. No response needed.
Additional information about your town: There has been heavy past builder activity, but no activity using advanced materials or techniques. The plot is severly undermined, with many ruined structures and remnants of past activity. However, there is not seem to be a significant level of current activity. I chose the plot because of its proximity to spawn, and I want to clean it up and make it into something worth seeing.
The ServerAdmins handle applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied.
