Have you checked our Zoning Laws and are we waiting for a neighbouring mayor response?: Yes,I checked the Zoning Laws , I do not think there will be a any response of neighbouring mayors. I asked one of the owners (Rabidworm) if it was ok my town is only 1 block away from their mining pit /town and he said it was ok.
Additional information about your town: It will be a flat town , with pre-built houses and free build plots , it will also have a public pumkin/sugar cane farm for all my residents , so they don't have to build one and they save precious gaming time.
Additional Info (I want to put this): I am a huge fan of this server , normally I don't figure out how a server works in a day , I quit the server . This server is amazing , a lot of mods and people helped me out and i figured out how it worked in under an hour. This server might be the best server of all minecraftia :laugh:

The owner handles applications once every 1-7 days. (Meaning once a week) Asking constantly about your application does not speed up the process. We very well can see there are outstanding applications and handle them every few days. As well after payment has been taken your changes are not instant, please wait patiently as they are applied. All users must be aware they will be fined for an improper application. Take extra care when applying for various server features. Do you understand this?: Yes
