To make it very clear: I get nothing in return for you asking for blocks!! The investment is having good towns on city! I am not getting a return on the blocks, ownership of the town, or anything of that manner.

With the new release of City, towns are brand new and both ambitious and novice projects alike will be difficult, especially in the beginning. I love towns, on archive I owned roughly 30 and worked on about a hundred more, but more importantly I love seeing good towns flourish, from a simple plot town to a monumental palace. Since materials can be annoying to get, I want to help people get the basic blocks they need to work on their projects. Since I can't hoard my blocks in signs anymore, I'm sure as hell not going to put 1000's of chests under my towns, so I'd rather invest them into other people's towns so people can build what they want, without having to worry about obtaining simple materials. I will be supplying blocks listed below, and I will be handing them out as I collect them for these first few months so towns can really start to take off. These blocks will all be free and I'll hand them out on a priority basis. Anything from a massive multi-town farm to just a couple dchests of stone to build a wall, I'll do what I can to supply you. I can't guarantee any time-frame, I'll just simply hand them out as I mine or excavate.

Please note that I can't guarantee any time-frame, and I'll most likely split up the amount I give out. If you're doing a large farm and someone asks for a single dchest of dirt, I'll most likely finish them off before continuing with your order. I also can only mine/dig so much, so please understand if large orders take longer!
