Reason I feel I should get this town: I am an expert end farm re-decorator

Reason I would like this town: I'd like to run my own plot town, everyone would be offered free plots. This is mainly for builders, and residents who need a place to stay. I've wanted my own plot town but I don't have the money for it.

Future Plans with town: I plan on turning this town into a plot town. The town will have free plots so that builders and residents don't have to worry about paying for land to build on and can focus on ranking up or something else they set their minds to do.

Reason I feel I should get this town: I don't think anything really sets my application apart. I just hope you consider me. :)
