Why you want to win this: To make a town for builders for free plots so that ecc members will rise after this I will help them get mayor by making a farm and giving them access to it for free, gaining no profit from this at all.

Why you want to win this: well I tried several times to buy town claims from people but they just stop playing ecc so I never get a town. I did however buy a griefed town and now I live in it but I don't think I will ever come around to removing all the locks. I could become mayor but that would mean I need to move out from my current town because none would have a portal and I do not have multihome. Also, I did not look at your town but you say it is nice and I really would like to own a residential town so beauty is everything. Lastly, I wish to be the best mayor in ecc and I can only do that if I have a town.
What will you do with the town: I would like to sell lots to builders, residents and anyone on ecc that needs lots for whatever project they want to do

Why you want to win this: I would like to win this competition so that myself, along with my various friends and co-mayors of my town of Suburbville can have their own, large houses and a peaceful retreat. I, along with friends and co-mayors, would also like to further beautify Huntington so that it can really stand out- and perhaps even be a featured town one day!
What will you do with the town: Myself? I will create a 30x30-ish house for myself, and allow all my friends/other co-mayors to do the same. I'll respect most existing roads, but may change a few to improve the layout so that enough houses can be built while also respecting the landscape.
Other: If you're wondering why my plan does not have builders included, it is because my main town, Suburbville, has many of them. That town offers large, free plots to any Builder, and occasionally (always) even Residents and Mayors! Anyway, enough about Suburbville. I'd like to thank you very much for this generous giveaway. I hope the most deserving candidate wins, whether that be me or anyone else.

Why you want to win this: To create a builder town.
What will you do with the town: I will create free 10x10 plots for builders, and offer any of my services (Erep, Ext creations, Maybe starter kits of items), and abunch of starter farms.
Other: I have my own towns but they are my personal projects with my girlfriend, and i have been looking to find a town to make into a builder town :) this is very nice a generous of you, if i win i hope to make good use of the town for new players of ecc ;)

Why you want to win this: I currently am broke and would like to make some money.
What will you do with the town: I would like to turn it into a town for builders and sell cheap plots
Other:I have my other town but it its for my personal builds so i cant let people live in it.

Why you want to win this: I want to create a large farm and sell perms to it. I've never really had the space to create one, but this town would give me the opportune chance to create a farm. I do not know how much I would sell perms for, but should I not create a farm or become too lazy to do so, you may have the town back should you return.
What will you do with the town: I suppose I just explained above, but I will sell perms to anyone who is able to afford it, and I will try to make this farm as grand as I imagine it to be.
Other: I am a 3.5 year member with two towns. I obtained president in October, 2012, which means that I haven't had a new town in 2.5 years. This would give me a new interest on ECC which I have yearned for for quite some time now. I thank you for this opportunity, and wish all of my competitors/fellow appliers good luck.

GF, I am sorry to see that you are not able to play much in the near future. I also think it is great that you would rather give the town away than to just let it sit empty.

Why you want to win this:
Because I want to do something never done in EEC and I don't have a spare town to do it in.
What will you do with the town:
I want to create a place that anyone can build a small memorial for those people that have passed away in their lives.( Maybe 3X7 plots)
I virtual reminder of their loved ones. The lots will be free and for all. The reason for this is that my mother passed away recently and I thought that it would be a cool way for me to remember her in this small way.
Other:
A flower town would really be suited for this.

Why you want to win this: I would like to have a second town because I'm using the first one to sell plots.
What will you do with the town: I will probably sell plots for one reason only, to make a huge mall by letting the residents create shops.
Other: The owners of the shops get whatever money they make. It's basically a money making town. I'd like to see what kind of shops my residents can come up with.

Why you want to win this: I would like to win this town because I dont have a town of my own, I had to sell my Mayor and my President town due to debts, and I really want a town of my own.
What will you do with the town: I will clean it up (depending if it needs it, not sure) ill make spaces for plots, such as 10x10 and so on, and build a farm with melons and pumpkins, and sell perms to people in need.

I would love to have this town because I was a person that lived in the wild for a long time before someone invite me to live in their town in a 7x7 I n a free plot. And I feel I need to give back to the community of ECC.
If I got the town I would put huge farms in the town and let builders get a free 20x20 and free perms to the farms

Why do you want to win this: who doesn't want to win this?!? It will be really beneficial for the residents of my towns.
What will you do with the town: Probably make it a multi level farm, with decent priced perms. EDIT: I won't tear down the buildings, I'll build above it.
