Why do you want the town: I would like to make it an awesome town that my friends can live in, and that people can see and enjoy. It's really fun to turn a town that has nothing into something that people will be amazed at and will enjoy for their time on ECC.
What do you expect the town to be (be honest plz): I want to make it a gigantic castle for me and my friends to live in :D

Why do you want the town: I would appreciate opportunity to develop this town into a Builder and Resident Paradise.
What do you expect the town to be (be honest plz): I expect to create a town that will offer a head start to every builder and resident that wishes to participate by providing a place to live, mine, farm and build. The idea would be to have all 10x10 plots along with farm/garden plots providing town members a place to test out what crops work well for them and to give them the money needed to buy perms at some of the wonderful large farms on ECC. Mining will also be encouraged in order to collect the resources needed for building their homes. I will commit all funds received from this town (prices will be exceptionally low, but everyone will be required to pay something in order to encourage learning to earn rather than to beg) to be put back in the town and to provide tools and food at extremely low prices. Active residents will be expected to donate time and effort to helping with co-mayor duties in order to learn what will be needed as they move to mayor.
Other: I have not had the opportunity to interact with you in-game but still am sorry to see you thinking of leaving the server.

Why do you want the town: I am a delegate from the Zodiac Nation, and am currently looking for new land on which to place my next town, which will be my own little private breakaway town not affiliated with the Zodiac Nation. Rather, if I do happen to get lucky and get this town, I'd create some sort of theme and apply it to the town's terrain to make sure that it comes out looking like a well-planned and beautifully built property.

What do you expect the town to be (be honest plz): My current idea would be a residential town that is very well organized with brilliant architecture and a consistent theme. I have several themes I am currently pondering in my head, but would have to see the town before I made a decision.

Other: I'm sad to see any long-time member of the ECC community leave, but at the same time I do realize that you have better! probably more productive things to do. I've been in the same boat before and have had to limit back the amount of time I spend on the server as well. IF you are so generous to choose me, I will make sure to build some sort of monument within the new town to recognize you're leaving, and where the town came from.

why do you want the town?: because i want a town that i can build a hotel on for the people that can't afford homes on their own. builders that just need to put their stuff somewhere will be able to have a 7 day trial.
What do you expect the town to be (be honest plz): i expect that it will be one of the few if not the only hotel on ecc. and i hope it is a popular one too.

Why do you want the town: Because, I'd like to keep it as a memory of you. I sold you your very first plot at france when you were new to the server. I helped you start out and you grew up faster than what I thought. You are a really nice friend of mine. I will keep the town and flatten it and maybe build a mansion? Do a plot town? Do a farm? I don't know, I would use it for something useful. It would really help me.
What do you expect the town to be (be honest plz): I don't really care if it's in a bad state or it's not, It's going to be a memory off you for me.
Other: I'd like to say You were a great friend of mine and a great resident of france until you moved out, I hope you ever come back, I'll be waiting here for you :) We can be friends on the outside too.

Why do you want the town: First of all: I appreciate your time and realize that you will most likely not p
ick me. However I want the town so I can build a farm in which I can help builders become resident. I know that this is what many others said but what sets me apart is that my goal is to have monthly giveaways for 3 or more winnings of 15000 to builders only. The money would come from people who are part of the town donations and myself.
What do you expect the town to be (be honest plz): well I think within a few months I could be giving away 10 resident scholarships a month. However it will take a lot of work and will be slow at start.
Other: First I apologize for my horrible spelling and grammar. I'm 14 and have always stank with it. Happy birthday. I know I may not look like the best choice. But unlike most of the others I don't want the town for just me. I want to help new builders.
A quick question: can I own a town as res.? If not I will upgrade soon.
