I would like something around that. I know that this may be expensive, but this is a great alternative to either a president who needs a cheaper town, or a mayor that wants more space, but also wants to stay a mayor!

The town comes with:
90x90 (ish) Unplanted wheat farm
A good sized melon farm
Some roads to start
A portal

One other thing, there is a town-town portal near one edge of the town, that HAS to stay, other than that, it's yours to have!
