Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer 85 000 EcoDollars to @Hermoine_Granger.
  
• I will provide @Hermoine_Granger with the future town's coordinates and world.
• @Hermoine_Granger will file a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named Walhalla and placed at the given location.
  
• @Hermoine_Granger will add @RealCookichu as a region owner when the town is approved.
  
• @Hermoine_Granger will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner;@RealCookichu will become the new owner.
  
• If the Mayor application is denied for any reason ,@RealCookichu may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @Hermoine_Granger will be required to return the 85 000 EcoDollars to @RealCookichu within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
