General Purpose of Contract:
$85,000 in exchange for @Gwism's Mayor Town and an agreement to a future town transfer.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to completesuch terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to give @Gwism $85,000.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Gwism agrees to file a mayor application using the $85,000 for a town named 'Lycanthrope' in Rising. Town posts are as follows:
Post A: 10917 70 -6663
Post B: 10717 70 -6663
Post C: 10717 66 -6463
Post D: 10917 70 -6463

@Gwism also agrees that @Revanrose6 , following him receiving mayor will be the full owner of the town and can file a 'Town Transfer' application for the town at any point for any reason. @Gwism also agrees to do the command /rg addmember Lycanthrope @Revanrose6 . Following that @Revanrose6 has the right to remove @Gwism as the owner of the town.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected byfuture changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
