    Hi , I appreciate your interest in my scale replica of the Sears Tower, which is found in downtown Chicago in the real world. I just can't emotionally part with it. If you are seriously interested in renovating, I'd be happy to give you access to do so. I don't want anything to happen to the tower. I had planned on reproducing other landmarks of interest from Chicago within the town. Do you have specific plans or generic ones? Anything else about this should probably be done in private.
