Why are you attempting to claim this town:

I was flying around Legacy looking for a town to claim and this one caught my eye and is what I believe to be acquireable.​

What are your future plans with this town:

Finish the roads, build up some similar skyscraper type buildings in the empty plot and then build a huge underground subway. Finish the town basically, give myself a project.​
