Why are you attempting to claim this town:

I was going to buy an additional town with this name and learned there was already a town named "Rapture". I have a group called Rapture that will eventually do events, help players, etc and we need a town to host these things out of.​

What are your future plans with this town:

To build it up with different areas to host events in and the headquarters for my group.​
