Hiya @iSpazOut, thank you for taking the time to file this application, unfortunately, the application will be denied as the last seen on forums for @BreakJunkies was 14 weeks ago. Please make sure to follow the guidelines located here for future claims. Only when /seen is missing on the Main Network and the player cannot be found can the forum profile information can be used. The "Last Seen" for a forum profile must be at least 26 weeks(6 months) or 1 week (7 days -- for PermaBanned status claims)
