due to this clause from the Town Claim Application wiki page:
- You may claim towns of owners who are either offline for 6 months, or PermaBanned.
- This applies to:
- Official Owner - the user who officially own the town.
- Anyone in the "Owners" section of /rg info <townname> command.
- The Official Owner(even when not added to the town) as well as all current owners must all have abandoned the town by being offline or PermaBanned for us to even begin to handle your request.
This town is not eligible to be claimed at this time, as all other added owners for the town have not been offline for 6 months or more/are permabanned.
