Why are you attempting to claim this town?: I own the town already; I wish to claim it permanently to continue developing it, with the addition of portals and moving the one that already exists to a more useful spot.
What are your future plans with this town?: My plans are to continue maintaining the staff farm system I have for staff who wish to farm while moderating spawn, as well as expand the farm itself out into Giza with Zard's permission. I will be moving portals around to make everything more friendly, and the town will be hooked up to the Averlight hub system I have planned for my own town in the future.
