I've made a mod like @314's ToolSwitch macro (it's basically an auto switcher for when you're mining). The mod allows you to switch to the correct slot in your inventory while mining to save time (if you're looking at stone it would switch to your pickaxe, gravel/dirt your shovel, etc.). There is a command to choose a slot for your silk touch pickaxe, a slot for your shovel, and a slot for your fortune pickaxe so you don't have to stop to fortune your ores. Spoiler: Installation

• Download Forge 1.15.2 from the link here.
• Double click on the jar file downloaded to initiate installation.
• Open MC Launcher and change to the forge profile.
• Launch the game to create the mods folder.
• Navigate to your mods folder in the .minecraft folder. (AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods)
• Drag the ToolSwitch jar (download) into the mods folder.
• Launch minecraft forge profile.
• See commands section for instructions on how to use the mod.

/toolswitch-toggle - Toggles ToolSwitch ability (default is disabled every time you launch minecraft).
/toolswitch-set (silk/fortune/shovel/axe/shears/msword/sword) (1-9) - Sets the slot that your tools are in (default: silk:1 shovel:2 fortune:9 axe:3 shears:4 msword:5 sword:6). If you want these changed you will have to set them using this command every time you launch the game (config planned in the future so your slot values are saved).
