Andrew thank you for helping me with the tombstone issue. I tested it out and worked great over the weekend however it is not working anymore. Can you please look into this please.
I do not have any experience so I do not know about Tombstone +

after you contacted me and said it worked I tested it out and died and found a chest where all of my belongings were. Last night I was going to go to the mining world, and I hate and I mean hate getting killed for my goods. I fell off a building and died near my town and all my stuff was pooled up and there was no chest, meaning anyone could have taken it but I was amongst friends who didnt take, Whew!!! I hope this explains more. Weird just did it and everything is good, I do not know why it was not working last night.

There are times when tombstone will not work.
Sometimes it'll give you an error in that there was insufficient room to spawn the chest. Or there was no appropriate block for the chest to be placed on. Sadly this is not a server issue more of a plugin issue. It has been brought up in the suggestion forum as well.
Its a hit or miss feature that will hopefully save your butt when you really need it, but at some point you'll curse at it when you die and it fails to work.
I also just wanted to put the note that it does not work in mining world or nether. You stated you were on the way to mining world but died near your town so I wanted to add this just incase you were already in mining world when it failed.

Last I knew, chests didn't spawn in protected areas... Either as a whole or at the very least in towns you are not added to. And I have rarely heard of Tombstone solidly and always working for anyone. :/
Edit: It also isn't supposed to work in PVP last I was told. Been a while, but it may have changed. If not, it would explain why worlds other than the main won't spawn the chest.
