    I have read the wiki on town flags and the form and they did not ask for a town app link though, i might be wrong, Just wondering!

    When you fill out the form, which you should be using the form provided in the links at the top of the forum you need to read the fine-print instructions below each box, and it does indicate you need to include the application, when it asks you if you are the mayor of the town.
