Dear Tkick,

Recently, I noticed your vacant shop and this forum post. I would like to say wow, it is very generous of you to give up a station like this. I understand that you do have a special somebody you want to give the station to, but listen here. JBuks and I have been accumulating a ton of money recently. I would like to know what you thought about 680k? (This is only is Jbuks also agrees with the deal.)

Also, if you are giving away the station for free. I am positive we can put it to great use! I would love to see a new shop like our in that 18x13x5 plot area. <- (Yes I do know the size being that I have been looking at it forever.)
