Personally I don't think this is necessary. It doesn't take a fast speed to warn someone. A difference between a 100 typing speed and 50 is going to be like a second when warning the player. So -1 For this part of the suggestion

So I think that activity should defiantly be taken into account more. However, it shouldn't create a competition or overshadow other aspects so +1/-1

+1 100% to this one. If a player is serious and a valid complaint was filed I believe they should be given more information regarding the complaint they sent.

 

I made one once because a moderator did something that any average player would get warned for. The response was "We are currently reviewing our guidelines! :)"
