To be fair, he is completely right in some cases. Patience can be key, but I don't really play anymore on it considering, I know how hard it is to gain lots of money, but I doubt i'll come back. I will come on to pay a loan or two back though
Hardcore Economy. It's not meant to be fun and easy for beginners if they want to succeed, and succeeding does not happen by miracle, there are a myriad of different and efficient ways to earn money and therefore rank up, buy things, etc. Obviously it will take a bit of time but so does everything else in the world. And for dying, that is all on you, just be more careful.
The key to enjoying ECC, in my opinion, is finding a very good town to join. The little communities in towns are what make the experience worth it. In a way, the town is the key to success. When a town is successful, the residents of that town also tend to succeed.

The way to get rich in ECC is dedication and hard work. You guys might not realize this... but I farm for 25+ hours a week. Its pretty tiring to be honest.
I currently mine with my eff7 for about...1 hour per week at max. D: Does it pay off at least? (Current progress towards your goal = ?)
I watch anime while I farm so it's not that bad haha. I would say yes, it is worth it. It's gonna be a crazy night when I rank 6 ranks <3
This is more of a "earn your way up" server. If you would like to become rich, you must earn it. If you want really good armour, you need to earn it. This is meant to be a "hardcore economy" server. If you do find it boring, try earning your way up, or setting more goals. I would really recommend filing a ban appeal because the server has so much more to offer than you would think
ECC members are trying to make it better for everybody. Trust me, we have the same problems as you do. I don't think that people should argue with how you feel. I can see your passion for change. I'm here with you.
I never said the whole server, I meant the beginning stages where you have nothing, although some do find this fun, mostly it is not the high point on the ECC career.
Well I'm pretty much starting fresh again. Probably got like $1000 and also got Water Buckets and Stealth
Ok this thread is incredible – after coming off a handful of servers packed with immature arguing (and duping btw) faction servers this is a breath of fresh air. So true that everyone is entitled to have their opinions aired and have kind thoughtful people reply as sounding board. Heck most forums this thread would have been a flame war and locked or worse deleted. My hats off 2 u!! -Von
The only thing I don't like about this server is the lottery. I do think there should be a couple different lotteries with the only difference being the price of tickets as well as a limit to how many tickets you can buy. I don't play lotto because most of the time when I see the messages I see that people with A LOT of money tend to buy a million tickets and win because of that. I do agree that making money takes a while but I've played on a lot of servers and this is the most enjoyable because of the people on it. 99.8% of the time I read in the chat people are generally nice and help each other. If anyone comes on and complains and is generally whiney then other people usually help their situation or the mods get rid of them after being fair with warnings.
