Cant you just use the normal auction channel to auction non item things.

- You are no longer allowed to auction items using the auction chat channel manually, you may only use the actual Auction System inside that channel to auction off items.

 

Just use the forums. It'll be easier for everyone and it will make you more money.

 

I believe in my almost 2 years here, I have seen maybe two town auctions and I am not sure if I have ever seen donation features auctioned and I know that I have never seen anyone trading items for items - not saying it has not happened, just saying I don't think this is really that much of an issue here.
As dumdum said, take auctions that are unusual to the forums.

 

People hardly auction off things like this,
Sure from time to time there were people who did this, but you can still auction them off via the forums or just use the trade system with a fixed price like the rest of us do :p

I have never seen someone auctions something and get a bid of another block lol, so I don't think that is needed either

A cancel after 30 seconds would be cool if no bid, but most of the time I think people won't mind waiting the last 30 seconds with a chance of getting a bid.

 

Thanks for suggesting various things, but I'm going to have to deny all of them.
