I. Description:​

The Dells is a unique ECC town, that has many interesting people living in it. We will(being built) have a public farm, as well as a "Mall" or trading center. The Dells is located in the Legacy world at 12123, -2390 to 12322, -2191. Unfortunately, we don't have a town portal, but we are getting one in the next few weeks!!!(If not, then in the next -m-o-n-t-h- two YEARS) If you would like the portal and or a town private chat channel sooner, please donate.

II. Town Rules:

1) No grieving of any kind!!!(no placing blocks or breaking blocks in others' plots. Same goes for portal building. Mining under the town is ok ONLY INSIDE your plot, specified quarry areas.​

2) After using town farm you must replant. Fine = 5K-20K
3) No placing or breaking of blocks in the pvp arena.
4) No foul language is to be used in town chat, local chat, or any other chat for that matter.
5) Mining in or under this town is not allowed unless it is in a designated mining area/quarry area.
6) These town rules can change with out me having to notify anyone.
7) This is an active town, if you have been offline for 7 or more days then you will be removed, and your plot demolished, unless you have told us ahead of time.
8) The town owner(s) can remove any resident of this town at any time for any reason.
