Roseville Grand Opening! The official (Re)Opening date of Roseville is tomorrow, 10/26/19. However you amazing forum readers get a chance to join early! Roseville is not just a town. It's not just a place to store your stuff. It's not even just a community. It's an experience. So what makes Roseville so amazing? Two dedicated minecrafters have sunk their hearts into this town, and we have so many plans for it. Right now it is just getting off it's feet, and we already have so many features - features that will be expanded in the near future to glorious levels. We don't want just any town. We want the most amazing town on Rising Main, with a waiting list of people who want to join. That's right, our extensive plans even include a waiting list. Casino. Donation chest. Contests. Events. Cute little neighborhoods. Waterfalls. Custom ponds. Lots of prebuilts. Careful management by two co-owners who work well together. An eye on expansions. Sheep to shear, cows to milk, fish to catch. Pumpkins to smash, wheat to gather, potatoes to dig up. Rental and purchase options for most properties. We even have a market where you can rent a stall - see my next post for more info. We have it all. Or rather most of it. And what we don't have, we are getting. For example town control plus and town control plus 2 will be bought next week, and all areas of town will be plotted so your home is secure from griefers. We will have less than a week without that security, during which time we recommend you lock your doors and of course your chests. Within the next month we will begin working on a massive multistory farm where you can farm everything from tons of hay to bushels of netherwart. This bad boy is gonna be sunk all the way to bedrock. Another important feature in our town is the town vault. If a resident in Roseville is evicted for inactivity, all their items are placed into the town vault and held for them. For builders, it is held for one month. For residents, it is held for two months. For Mayors, three months. President and above we hold for four months. Roseville residents are considered inactive after two weeks of not being logged in. We give you twice as long as the server does. The one exception is for builders in our cabins. They will be evicted after 7 days of inactivity. What kind of homes do we have to offer? We have several small cabins reserved for new builders. New builders can move into an available cabin and live there for free for one week. All builder needed items are there. Bed, forge, workbench, chest. Also town management will keep a special eye on builders in the builder cabins and make an effort to guiding them in getting settled into the server. After one week the builders must move out into one of our other property options. Most of our town consists of prebuilts, though today we are opening several freebuild plots. We encourage renting, because purchase prices are considerable and the buyer could be out quite a chunk of change if they take too much time off without notifying us and get evicted for inactivity. Rent is biweekly, and ranges from as little as 400 to as much as 2000. Rent is due on the 1st and 15th of the month, payable upstairs in the Town Hall. Purchasing is much more costly, purchase prices range from 25000 to 50000. There is no purchase option for builder cottages. Why should I even consider living in Roseville at those prices? You pay for what you get. With Roseville you get a town that is going to thrive. There is not even a question of it. You get town administration eager to help. You get a lot of town features that will be expanding and growing. And what has caught most peoples attention - you have access to our contests and events. This is what what has drawn the most attention. Not every month but most months we will have events and contests that are ONLY available for our residents. The first one is scheduled for November and registration has already begun. The last day to register is November 8th. The contest is a Thanksgiving build. And the top two prizes are a $20 gift card that can be used for features or ecc dollars, and 10,000 ECC dollars. You heard me right. A $20 gift card. And this won't be the last one offered up as a prize. So if you are interested in snagging a spot on what will soon be the BEST town on the server, get in now while there is still room. Cause once we are out of room, you go on a waiting list till we make more room. And I can only build so damned fast. Alright I am sold. How can I join? /Warp Roseville to check out the town. Message Pyana or Sizsizma10 ingame for a home.
