*Welcome to the OFFICIAL Sweden thread*
This empire known as the Swedish Empire is run by both oreo1227 and TheHolyStick22. Both users have dedicated plenty of time and patience and money to get the empire to where it is now. They are here to serve the community and help with whatever may be needed to help the server. Thus, the Swedish Empire was born. The goal in the towns is to provide a nice and fun town to live in. So far, many users have ranked up after being in the towns. It's a town that should be known as a good starter town, and many plans have been made to make it a better town.

*Sweden*
Sweden is the capital of the 4 Swedens. It is the most expensive town that there is rare access for getting permissions to build in. The town is the residency of the town Presidents. Just a town of riches.

*Sweden2*
Sweden2 is currently the most active of the 4 Swedens. In this town we have many residents and we also run the Sweden Hotel and Sweden Bank. Just 2 of our major attractions to the town.

*Sweden3*
Sweden3 is currently not active. It has some plans that are in the making. Please be patient as we work through them.

*Sweden4*
Sweden4 is the farm town of the 4 Swedens. It has most crops that you could imagine on the server, and will end up being enormous. With a little bit of work, it can be a pretty big town that will help many users make money.

*Town Rules*

1. All generic EcoCityCraft rules found here.
2. If you plan to be inactive, post on this thread or /mail a town owner.
3. 7 days of inactivity will get you removed from the town/locks/home removed.
4. Griefing is an absolute not allowed.
5. You must play nicely in the town.
6. If you buy a prebuilt, you may not remove your house or any blocks in the house. You may clear your chests and that is all.
7. No single block houses.
8. All houses must be somewhat fancy (Variant in blocks) (No cobblestone, dirt, or anything similar)
9. Do not build outside of your plot
10. All chat must be kept appropriate.
11. No building under your plot.
12. Do not share the town's chat password.
13. Farms are not allowed. We will soon have a public one.
14. No reselling or auctioning of your plot, perms, or home.
15. If you own an apartment, you may not modify the walls or flooring as it can affect other apartment rooms.
16. In an apartment, if you are forced to leave the town, or leave on your own, you can only take the stuff within your room.
17. Modifying a room may result in eviction.
18. All apartments are unfurnished. You are responsible for what you build.
19. You may use your plot as a chest storage, but not visible chests.
20. In the application you file for permissions, answer "Hello world" for the question 'ello?
21. If you own a plot, and it has an outline, you may remove the outline and build up to that point.
22. Getting a plot (not a hotel room) gives you diamond access.

Rules are subject to change. Breaking rules can and will result in eviction/town bans/fines.

Current Town Bans:

Town bans are possible. They range from 1 week to 1 year - based on offense made. Only certain circumstances are forever bans. Being banned means you are not allowed to enter the town, and doing so can lead to further consequence.
